I Had Madibular And Floor Of Mouth Tumor. On 7/26

I had madibular and floor of mouth tumor. on 7/26 they resectioned floor of mouth tumor with right fibula reconstruction. I have a feeding peg an a trach. Learning to talk and doing more of it is causing more pain in my jaw throat and ears (also my leg hurts a lot more from being more active). It is Saturday and I only have 1 oxi left and no ativan (I get stressed at night). My Drs are closed and can't help me, I tried. Is there anyway to get what I need to make it through the weekend without going to the ER?
