I Had Major Neck Surgery (c3-t1) Two Years Ago. I’ve

I had major neck surgery (c3-t1) two years ago. I’ve recently been diagnosed with RA as well as lupus. Several months ago I started having balance issues, which have progressively worsened. Is it possible the Lupus is attacking the scar tissue & if so would further surgery be problematic? An MRI w/with out has been scheduled for my entire spinal column. I’m a 69 year young female.
