I Had Mayamectomy Done Last Sept. , After A Year

I had mayamectomy done last sept. , after a year I had some kind o of secretion coming out of lower abdomen right side near pelvic region , it appears to be some kind of wound , I am applying betadiene over it for last four days what should I do ? What probably it would be?
