I Had Meningitus/encephalitus In 2013 Which Left Me With A

I had meningitus/encephalitus in 2013 which left me with a hole in my brain & subsequently with seizures. Last year I was told I additionally have an infection in my brain. However, my question is pertaining to a fall I had 3 weeks ago which caused me to have a bloody nose & a nickel sized lump under my right eyebrow. The hole in my brain is in my right frontal lobe area. I did not go to ER or to my neurologist after my fall. This lump area hasn't gone away. Is that normal?
