I Had Menstrual Blood For 3 Weeks Straight And The

I had menstrual blood for 3 weeks straight and the next month i didng have a flow. Today is day 5 after a 10 day round of medeoxyprogestrone and this morning there was a brown dischargd. I took a cheap pregnancy test 3 days ago because i hadn't gotten a flow and it was negative. I feel an uneasy crampy feeling... Can I be pregnant or with the dark discharge turn red? I was tested 1 month ago and Im std free. I am trying to conceive.

Please help.
