I Had Multiple Sinusotomies Years Ago To Remove Polyps. This

I had multiple sinusotomies years ago to remove polyps. This had nothing to do with a cosmetic rhinoplasty. I hemorrhaged twice, and I ended in hospital for two weeks with a blood transfusion. Thereafter over the years, the cartilage on the problem (right) tip of my nose continues to grow. It actually tingles when this process is going on. My plastic surgeon says she's heard of this, but she can't think of a way to correct this that won't leave a scar on my nose. (I also note I tend to have some cartilage growth on my ears. Don't care too much about that.)
