I Had My 2 Daughter Nov 1 With My First

I had my 2 daughter Nov 1 with my first I had an episiotomy and stitches this time I had a first degree tear midwife said I didnt need stitches but it looks as if they flaps were I tore are healing separately not connecting I am so scared and it looks like my vagina wall underneath my urethane is bulging out please answer if this is normal
