I Had My 2nd Dental Implant That Has Started Wiggling

I had my 2nd dental implant that has started wiggling 2 weeks after the crown was seated. The first one wiggled for a month and then fell out with a broken abutment post attached. My oral surgeon won't fix it and has asked me to go to a maxofacial dentist who does "repairs". I only had the first one put in 2 years ago. It is still broken. This one was put in 5 months ago and seated 2 weeks ago and the same exact feeling of "wiggling and tapping is occurring. Did I get faulty metal placed in the original abutment screws? I'm upset about this as i still have no chewing surfaces on either side of my mouth since a 3rd implant failed right next to the broken implant. I don't know if this is the fault of my oral surgeon, my dentist's placing of the abutment screw or crown, or what the heck is going on. I have paid thousands of dollars and I feel that this rate of failure is not normal. Do I have a bad oral surgeon?
