I Had My 3rd C Section 8 Weeks Ago And

I had my 3rd c section 8 weeks ago and a tubal ligation as well I had a typical bleeding period of five weeks and then nothing a few days ago I started a black slimy discharge no period, No odor it is just small pieces amd a few clots but its black. I also have small ridged bumps that yoi can feel on thinside of my in cavity wall towards tje back of my cervix. Im worried therea am issue.
