I Had My Gull Bladder Removed 4 Yrs Ago. I

I had my Gull bladder removed 4 yrs ago. I have not had the bad heart attach feeling since. But now I vomit every day might skip a day here an there. But not often. Last night I had not eaten anything after 6 pm. I fell asleep for a bit on the couch when I woke up to go to bed I had 2 small drinks of water 11:30pm. I went to bed an I'm woken up with a upset stomach vomiting the water that now looks like spit an it's yellow. This is common when I drink water. y
