I Had My Last Monthly Period On 18th Nov And

I had my Last monthly period on 18th Nov and did not have anything this month. I took three home pregnancy tests after my period date and it all came negative. I took a bHcg test also on 24th Dec and that was also negative. I took an Ipill on 19th Dec is that delaying my period?

I am 27yrs old.
