I Had My Apendix Removed 4 Days Ago I Started

I had my apendix removed 4 days ago I started feeling pretty crummy last night and cold with hot flashes I checked my temperature and it's reading 96.8. Last night I was feeling like I was having a CT scan where they inject the fluid that makes you feel warm all over. Would drink if this is normal or if I should be concerned
