I Had My Appendix Out Last Thueaday, Just A Few

I had my appendix out last thueaday, just a few days ago and noticed my stool is a little red. I've been feeling great other than worrying about that. Should I get it checked out or continue to worry? It just started today and I've seen it twice so far
