I Had My Appendix Removed Almost A Week Ago And

I had my appendix removed almost a week ago and I'm still having the same pain I had before in my right side. Its mostly when I lay down it feels like a pressing sharp pain and it hurts to press on my right side. Peeing had become more and more painful every day and I have pooped once and there was blood in my stool. I also have very bad Lowe back and thigh pain.. What is wrong with me?
