I Had My Baby 7 Months Ago And Are On

I had my baby 7 months ago and are on the depo shots. I haven't had a period since, last week I went to the restroom and when the wiped, I noticed dry blood. The only time I see dry blood or red blood is when I use the restroom and wipe. I never had this problem before, what should I do
