I Had My Baby A Month Ago. It Was Vaginal

I had my baby a month ago. It was vaginal and i had a rupture. I was going to the bathroom normaly but 5 days ago my but start hurting when i was going to the bathroom. And yesterday i had the urge to go to the bathroom and i could do it because it is hurting to much i don't let it happen. What can i do ? Shuld i go to the ER. I really want to poop but it hurts so much that i started crying and i don't continue. I can feel it down there and it hurts when i sit. If i go to the ER what they are going to do?
