I Had My Back Go Out For The First Time

I had my back go out for the first time in my life in July. It was out for two weeks then went to a Chiropractor and he put my but back in. 5 days ago I did something to pull my hip out so I went to the Chiropractor and he put it back in. Now though I'm having a pinching to the left side of the my middle of my back by my butt area. It feels like its pinching a nerve and it runs all the way down to my foot. I've been trying to do some stretching to try and help it. I'm a female 52years old.
Is there anything I can do to try and help get this back to normal?
