I Had My Belly Done 3 Days Ago It's Been

I had my belly done 3 days ago it's been fine until tonight when I noticed there a Pusey lump inside so I lied the bar up and it's piped loads of green gunk came out. I've been cleaning it with warm salt water 2 times a day. Also since I've had it done I've been getting really bad bellys cramps is this to do with it?
