I Had My Birth Control Taken Little On The 1/16.

I had my birth control taken little on the 1/16. And I've been having unprotected sex ever since with my bf where he's ejaculated inside me. My ovulation day was 1/22. We had sex that day and up till today. I've been hacking lame spotting when I go to the bathroom on and off. I'm expecting my period in 2 days. What are the chances I'll be pregnant? I've taken some tests and they come back Neg but I took them early which is probably you it came back Neg. Please help me.
