I Had My Bloods Taken Today And My Hcg Levels

I had my bloods taken today and my hcg levels are 47 3 weeks after an abortion. Is this right?
I had unprotected sex 2 weeks after abortion but he didn't finish inside of me, and again 2 nights ago, again he didn't finish inside of me.
Could it be a new pregnancy or are the hcg levels about right?
