I Had My Coil Removed. After Removal I Did Not

I had my coil removed. After removal i did not have an spotting till 3 weeks later i had light period for 3 days. And then after 1 month i did not had my period and i took a test it was faint positive so i keep on testing and all came back faint positive. D lines where not getting darker, then wake up 1 morning with heavy bleeding.is it my period or miscarriage?
