I Had My Cycle On November 20th Which Was An

I had my cycle on November 20th which was an irregular one for me. Had it for 2 days, then done for one and had for another 2. Since then I have had mild abdominal cramping (not on any form of birth control & have not had intercourse since my cycle). 4 days ago I had sharp cramping in my lower abdomen, back pain, felt faint, chills, sweating, migraine and nausea. The next day the pain was not too bad but I went to see the doctor anyway. When she pressed on my upper right abdomen there was some pain. Dr. Started it is by my gallbladder. Dr. Ordered blood work. Blood work showed increased liver enzyme levels(not sure to what extent). The following day my pain was unbearable and was worse than I was the first day. Later that day I went to emergency however; my pain was not as bad as it was that day. The doctor ordered more blood work and all came back okay. In these days I also had a urine hcg test and a blood hcg test which came back negative. The following day(Friday) I felt okay and went for my ultrasound. The ultrasound showed a small spot in my uterus. My doctor has not called me since. Today my pain has been bareable. I baked all day. About 2 hours ago I began having extremely sharp cramping and back pain. About half hour later I began feeling as though I have a UTI. The pain of the UTI feeling is very uncomfortable and I have a pain on my lower right side of my abdomen. All urine tests recently have been negative for infection. I am debating whether to go to emergency as I try to put it off. Is this something serious? What could it be?
