I Had My Diagnostic Hysteroscopy Last Year In October. I

I had my diagnostic hysteroscopy last year in October. I have sub septate uterus....my doc said I dnt need to go through another hysteroscopy as it wont effect. But she said have thick lining of uterus...she has put me on norethisterone from this January onwards....i had my tvs 2 times...last mnth my uterus thickness came 10mm I was called on 5th day of periods...and she again said to take this medicine for another 2 cycles...i want to conceive...plz tell me will this medicine effect my chances of pregnancy? She said I can become pregnant while consuming this medicine...it is true as I read online this is a contraceptive medicine..should I go to another doc?
