I Had My First Porlia Shot In May. I Hand

I had my first Porlia shot in May. I hand copd and two weeks after the shot I had a lung colaspe and ended up in the hospital for 2 months. I also had c-def. I am due my second shot this week and I an concerned if this was a coincidence or could the shot been some of the problem?
