I Had My First Chemo Treatment (Taxotere & Cytoxan) Today

I had my first chemo treatment (Taxotere & Cytoxan) today for a <1 cm. triple negativ, ending at 5:00.
My doctor prescribed Neulasta on-body injector to be administered at the 27 hour mark. The clinic informed me that they are out and wants me to come in tomorrow at noon, which means it would be administered early. Unfortunately they close at 1:00 on Saturday. This would take administration 19 hours after chemo. I don't think the doctor has been informed of this issue.
Question: is it safe to take this medicine earlier than the pharmaceutical company recommendation of 24 hours?
