I Had My Gallbladder Out 10 Years Ago. After That

I had my gallbladder out 10 years ago. After that l have had terrible bowel movements. Where l literally empty my bowels and then afterwards would have severe stomach pains. Well a week ago l had this but then l felt neausa, stomach pains, and a lot of stomach bloating and gas. Also l have no appetite. Went to Doctor they did blood work and stool samples. Blood came back good.. Still out on the other. I have started taking probiotics but it has been a week and l still have bloating but stomach don't hurt so bad. But l still have no appetite! Had a bowl movement couple days ago and it was like a yellow/beige color. Please tell me what you think it is? Thanks! I really am getting depressed over this.
