I Had My Gallbladder Removed 18 Years Ago And Have
I had my gallbladder removed 18 years ago and have been vomiting bile ever since. I have seen gastronenterologists and have been prescribed Questran Lite, as I have a lot of excess bile in my stomach. I am aware that this soaks up the excess bile - I take it at night before I go to sleep.
although I have a lot of excess bile in my stomach, I don't suffer from diarrhea at all - like a lot if the other people on this blog. if anything I am bloated and constipated. I do get sick from fatty food - which I stay away from 99% of the time. My question is - can I take bile salts to help break down the fatty foods, as well as take my Questran Lite at nightime?
