I Had My Gallbladder Removed 3 Days Ago And I've

I had my gallbladder removed 3 days ago and I've had extremely dry lips ever since. It has even turned into lip blisters now despite constantly using chap stick and drinking plenty of water. I haven't ever had blisters before or dry lips. Everything else feels normal. I've tried carmex Burts bees and vitamins a&d+e ointment. But it just gets worse. What could this be. What can I use/take to finally help my lips.
