I Had My Gallbladder Removed A Year Ago. After The

I had my gallbladder removed a year ago. After the initial few months of interesting bowel/digestive issues, ever couple of months I now have blood in the stool, blood dripping out my rectum, blood clots on toilet paper and in the toilet. It is accompanied by diarrhoea and chunks of food, and small phlegm like globules. I usually get tremendous bowel pain around this time too. This lasts about 2 weeks. Then my stool goes back to normal... a couple months later, the whole process repeats itself. I had a colonoscopy back in October. No issues were found (no polyps, tears, hemorrhoids or cancer). I've had a blood test to test for conditions like Celiac disease. The only issue was low iron. I have been taking vegetarian digestive enzymes since last summer, which helps a bit with some of the new digestion issues I've had since the removal. I take Zoloft - 50mg/day, Vitamin D and Iron daily. I have an MRI scheduled for the end of April. No one has asked for a stool test in all this time. I am wondering if this is common after having a gallbladder removed? I can't find information that is similar to mine online. Thank you for your time.
