I Had My Gallbladder Removed A Year Ago But I'm

I had my gallbladder removed a year ago but I'm still experiencing a bloated belly, occasional stabbing pain (tolerable) in the abdomen, diarrhea (when eating big meals or fatty meals). An ultrasound done five months ago shown a small cyst (I was told it was about a millimeter and it was nothing to worry about). I have type 2 diabetes and I'm a 46 year old male.
