I Had My Gallbladder Removed In July But Since August

I had my gallbladder removed in July but since August I have been experiencing extreme nausea in the mornings, every morning since then. Then I have constipation-like symptoms, but my stool is not solid, it's like my food did not digest. I went to my doctor, he took a stool sample, had blood work, and they found nothing. Would an x-ray help?
