I Had My Gallbladder Removed Two Weeks Ago I Felt

I had my gallbladder removed two weeks ago I felt fine my week of recovery at home returned to work felt OK a little tired then this week I wake up break into a sweat have felt like I was going to pass out body is weak hot then cold some chills no fever have been to the ER and my pcp. Could this be happening because I've over done it and haven't been eating a lot since the surgery? Maybe if I just eat a real meal I'll feel better and can return to work
