I Had My Last Period A Week And A Half

I had my last Period a week and a half ago that was heavy but have endomitriosis, so heavy is normal when I bleed. I am having some cramping in my abdomen and lower back with headaches. dizziness, fatigue, emotional, I have had sex and am currently not on BC because my OB and I were weighing the options as I have tried several kinds of BC, would it be to early to have pregnancy symptoms or is that even relevant at this point?
