I Had My Last Period September 3 Was Expecting My

I had my last period September 3 was expecting my next period October 1st and 2nd I had brown discharge and cramps I was scared because I wasn't ready for pregnancy immediatey,which tested positive,I swallowed 3 cytotec and inserted 2 on the 3rd if Oct I had nausea and stomach rumbling but no period just discharge I went for ultra scan d doc told me that there is no sign of movement dar its either I go for a DNC or it drops by itself... am scared and confuse cus have had dnc 3 times now scared of the pains..should I keep waiting for my period ?
