I Had My Last Period On 7th April 2016. I've

I had my last period on 7th April 2016.
I've done home pregnancy test and it's positive.
I had miscarriage last year in 6th week of my pregnancy.
I've haven't met my gynaec yet as I'm in Dubai and I don't have any insurance as of now.

Please let me know if I should continue having macfolate tablets.
Also if I can have pregacare tablets along with macfolate
