I Had My Last Period On 8th June Which Happened

I had my last period on 8th june which happened due to the medical abortion I did. I didn't bleed much but it was same as my normal periods. On 7th and 8th july I has primolut n 10mg twice to delay periods. After I stopped the medicine, I did not have my periods. On 11th july I had a positive pregnancy test. Is it due to the primolut n or My medical abortion didn't work.
