I Had My Left Calf And Leg Examined For A

I had my left calf and leg examined for a possible blood clot. Have had ongoing pain for six weeks. An ultrasound showed no clot, but still have the pain when walking. I am a 75 year old female.
Is there any other test you could recommend that would be better than an ultrasound ?
