I Had My Left Tube Removed 6 Months Ago(ectopic Pregnecy)

I had my left tube removed 6 months ago(ectopic pregnecy) tube ruptured and it's an emergency surgery laproscopy. I have some abdoman pain on and off and cramping for last two days. In last one hour I have little heavy cramping also lower back pain. As per my calaneder my cycle starts today. Do you suggest me to go to hospital to check or sld I take some pain killer
