I Had My Left Tube Removed After Ectopic Pregnancy 3months

I had my left tube removed after ectopic pregnancy 3months ago. I'm wondering if I still ovulate from the left ovary? I've heard that I still do but the right tube pick the egg up, I've heard that I will ovulate but would only be able to get pregnant every other month, and I've heard that I wont ovulate from my left and that my right will take over every month. What's the truth?
