I Had My Mirena Iud Taken Out 4 Days Ago

I had my mirena iud taken out 4 days ago because of bleeding and cramping (I’m in surgical menopause since my surgery June 1st) and now I am bleeding a lot and have extremely painful cramps... is this normal and if so, how long should I expect the bleeding and pain to last? If not normal, should I go to doctor immediately?
