I Had My Nexplanon Taken Out In July Because My

I had my nexplanon taken out in July because my husband and I want to try for our 4th child. I havent had a period yet and with the other pregnancys, I have concieved within days of getting my nexplanon out. If I am pregnant, I am concerned for the babys health. Without having a period in a year or so will that affect the baby or should he or she be okay?
