I Had My Nose Cauterized On Wednesday 3/31/16 And Since

I had my nose cauterized on wednesday 3/31/16 and since then ive been having some complications. the nostril that got cauterized has been hurting a lot. ive had a huge bloody boogery scab thats been making me breathe weird. tonight it started to move around. so now its a mess. its hanging half way out of my nose and it hurts too much for me to try to remove it. i dont know what i should do because i cant go to class with a huge booger scab hanging out tomorrow. what should o do about this?
