I Had My Overies Taken Out And My Periods Still

I had my overies taken out and my periods still last for over a week. My back hurts and the pain in my left side is making me want to scream. Its not just blood but blood clots. It hurts and ive taken midol ibuprofen and Tylenol nothing helps. I cant relax sit laydown or stand
