I Had My Period A Week Ago And It Was

I had my period a week ago and it was lighter then usual but still enough to wear a tampon. Three days after its been over Ive started spotting all day. I am sexually active ( unprotected )but I don't think that has anything to do with it. Any ideas of what it could be? I don't usually spot ever.
