I Had My Period A Week Go I Started On

I had my period a week go I started on the 9th and mine last for 5 to 7 days and I just started bleeding again today..I have had a bad toothache and I been taking ibuprofen like it's nothing plus taking antibiotics..what does it mean?? I woke up this morning and it was kinda hard for me to pee I had to push really hard for it to come out
