I Had My Period Last Week, Ending 2 Days Ago.

I had my period last week, ending 2 days ago. I have had sex with my husband yesterday and today and both times I went pee afterwards I have passed clots. Multiple, a few about the size of a quarter the rest smaller. Also, while having intercourse yesterday, I started bleeding and he was covered in blood from me.. what do I do?
