I Had My Pregnancy Terminated Wednesday, September 23rd Of Last

I had my pregnancy terminated Wednesday, September 23rd of last week. Yesterday I started birth control pills as I was instructed by my doctor. Yesterday my breast began to feel swollen. They quickly went from feeling just swollen to feeling hard, literally like a rock. I noticed this morning that there was some type of fluid leaking from them, I am assuming it is breast milk and assuming this is breast engorgement. I'm in need help in just having it stop and getting my breasts to normal again...
How can I go about this???
