I Had My Right Nostril Cauterized Last Week. Today I

I had my right nostril cauterized last week. today I am having a piercing (not constant) headache behind the right eye/ear. I feel like it may be connected to the trauma in the nostril. Could that be true? I have taken OTC pain reliever and it does not help.
