I Had My Right Thryoid Removed 2 Years Ago, I

I had my right thryoid removed 2 years ago, I happen to be at my ENT for my allergies and she spotted and notice my nodules. I had 3 golf ball size and they are non cancerous but it was difficult to sleep and I felt like I was choking so I had to sleep on my left side. I had my annual with my primary physican and he said everything is okay, I have been tire the last year and recently gained 8 pounds. He gave me a b-12 shot a month ago and I just had my blood work done last Saturday. Should I make an appointment with my ENT and have my annual check up with her?
