I Had My Right Toe Next To The Big Toe

I had my right toe next to the big toe rebroken after stubbing it and dislocating it....and 2 pins put in between the 2nd and 3rd toe joints to bring them back together, and the nerve cut there and muscle etc. sewn back together on Weds. May 20th. I did awesome and with crutches did just fine the first week and saw the doctor the following Tuesday. X-rays..and foot looked great. A week later...this last Tuesday June 2nd I had the stitches on the top removed. The pin is still in the second toe and @8 stitches on the bottom of the foot. I have been staining @ 80 fence boards during this time outside sitting 99% of the time helping my husband put up our new fence...so when my right shoulder started hurting Tuesday night....I thought it was probably from the roller with the stain. But none of the vicodin (norco) or ibuprofen makes it go away...and ice and heat make it hurt so bad it's not funny. I have tried icy hot with no luck. Today I tried Ben Gay Super heat and along with a ibuprofen 800 mg the pain went away for awhile. I was so relieved. Then just as sudden as Tuesday night it hit again. It started Tuesday in the upper outer arm just below the shoulder blade...it has spread down the arm to about 2 inches above the elbow. I stopped staining Tuesday hoping to give it a rest...but with no improvement. I have truly not ever felt pain like this from an injury before and I am afraid if I did not do enough ice under the knee after surgery....that I could have a blood clot somewhere. Any suggestions or information you can give me I would appreciate.
